Newsletter signup

When you subscribe, we collect only your email address so we can send the Augmented CEO memo. We use it for delivery, confirmation (see below), and to honour unsubscribe requests. We do not collect additional profile fields through this signup form.

How delivery works (Kit)

List management and email sending run through Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our newsletter provider. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policy; we choose them to keep delivery reliable and to give you standard list controls (including unsubscribe links in messages).

Double opt-in is on: after you submit the form, you must confirm from your inbox before you are fully subscribed. Until you confirm, you will not receive the memo.

Unsubscribe and retention

You can opt out at any time using the link in any newsletter email. We do not require a separate account on this website to leave the list.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your email address.
• We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists without a clear, separate choice.
• We do not use your signup email to build individual ad profiles on this site.

Site analytics

Public pages (including Home, Newsletter, About, and this Privacy page) use Vercel Analytics for aggregated traffic and page views. That helps us see which pages are read; it is not paired with your newsletter email in a way that identifies you as a subscriber on our side.

Browsers that send Do Not Track are respected for the analytics script load where applicable.

This notice may be updated as the site or tooling changes. When we make material edits, we will refresh the text here.
